Emeco listed on the Australian Securities Exchange as ASX code EHL. PEP and Archer exited their interest in the Emeco Group.

Two Australian private equity firms, Pacific Equity Partners and Archer Capital bought Emeco from Darr Equipment Company. Emeco acquired businesses in Canada and Europe and significantly expanded its activities in the United States.
