Safety

Safety is our priority at Emeco

Emeco is committed to maintaining a focus on safety and continually improving safety performance across all Emeco sites.

On customer sites, we work together with our customers to integrate onsite safety measures and processes within our operations. By doing so, we support the achievement of our customer's safety goals and objectives.

Emeco has an established Health and Safety Policy, which guides the way we operate and assists in communicating our safety performance expectations to all stakeholders.

This policy is further supported by the Emeco Safety Health and Environmental Management System.

We report on our safety performance to Emeco's Leadership Team and Board on a monthly basis.

Modern Slavery

As part of its commitment to responsible business practices, Emeco requires its employees and suppliers to operate in accordance with its policies and procedures and to comply with relevant laws and regulations.

Our approach toward modern slavery relies on strong corporate governance and management oversight in the form of a number of policies and protocols, namely our Human Rights Policy, Supplier Code of Conduct and Purchase Order Terms and Conditions. Emeco’s policies and procedures are available in the Corporate Governance section of our website.

Each year in accordance with its reporting requirements under the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth), Emeco publishes a Modern Slavery Statement for Emeco and its consolidated subsidiaries. These statements summarise the actions successfully taken by Emeco to further action our multi-prong strategy to assess, identify and mitigate the risks of modern slavery in our operations and supply chain. Emeco’s Modern Slavery Statements can be found below. Copies of Emeco’s Modern Slavery Statements are also located on a publicly accessible register maintained by the Australian Government, which can be accessed at modernslaveryregister.gov.au.
